About the Role

Vertiv is hiring a Services Sales Lead Coordinator to join our growing Services Sales team. This is an exciting early-career opportunity for someone looking to develop within a fast-paced technical sales environment. The role focuses on driving aftermarket service sales, including maintenance contracts, warranty extensions, electrical testing, professional assessments, and lifecycle extension services across an assigned territory. You will work closely with customers, internal sales teams, and multiple business functions to help grow Vertiv's service presence while building long-term customer relationships. This position offers strong career progression opportunities, broad exposure across EMEA, and the chance to develop both commercial and technical experience within a global technology organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive aftermarket service sales within an assigned territory, promoting maintenance contracts, warranty extensions, and lifecycle offerings
  • Conduct customer meetings to identify opportunities and support account growth
  • Support expansion of Vertiv's electrical testing and professional service offerings
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and wider Lines of Business teams including Power and Thermal
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and contract management through CRM systems
  • Build and manage relationships across small and medium-sized customer accounts
  • Work with leadership to support sales objectives and growth targets

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role based from Burnfoot with flexibility for remote working and regular customer engagement. You will work closely with Services, Sales, Account Management, and Operational teams across the EMEA region.
