Direct Responsibility:
- Document management
- Internal audits coordination and audit execution
- External audits coordination
- Certification assurance and coordination
- Customer visits orchestration
- Claim management tool supervision
- Consolidate specific customer quality requirements per project
- Ensure Non-conformity and Corrective Action are closed out in a timely manner
- Maintain Risk and Opportunities register on a regular basis
- Follow up on internal / external audits action plan

Job Duties:
- Ensures that all processes necessary for QMS are established, implemented and maintained along with the management of documentation
- Responsible for ensuring all activities related to administration and, in cooperation with the quality manager, performance of internal audits according to QMS requirements
- Performs or assists in conducting audits, evaluates various areas and processes of the company with the aim of assessing compliance with applicable standards, existing policies and organizational guidelines of the company
- Cooperates with various company departments on QMS certification
- Supports and recommends process improvements of various departments during preparation of standard operating procedures and other system tools and standardized forms used in the preparatory phase
- Assists in developing strategies and action plans necessary to achieve objectives and effective implementation of adopted corrective and preventive measures
- Recommends measurements for improving the QMS and ensures maintenance of QMS certification
- Raises awareness of all company employees about QMS standards and other existing policies and organizational guidelines of the company through training and presentations
- Updates and maintains QMS documentation
- Adheres to QMS procedures, rules and principles
- Adheres to occupational health and safety (OHS) rules and principles
- Works in accordance with V.O.S. principles and guidelines
- Contributes to the development and adherence to standards focusing on key areas, which are customer, company culture and continuous improvement system
- Within the continuous improvement system, submits improvement proposals in accordance with company objectives
- In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined

- 3-5 years in electrical/mechanical engineering industry with experience (focus) in management systems
- Local language + English preferred but not essential
