About the Role
As a Project Co-ordinator within our New Product Development & Introduction (NPDI) team, you will play a key role in bringing new products from concept to production. Working with teams across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, and production, you will help coordinate projects that support the future growth of our Busbar Product Line. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and driving projects forward in a fast-paced, global environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the planning and coordination of new product development projects - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved on time - Monitor project schedules and provide regular progress updates - Identify potential risks and issues and help develop solutions - Assist in project meetings and stakeholder communications - Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business - Gain exposure to global project management processes and best practices - Help ensure projects are delivered successfully from development through to implementation
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Engineering, Technology, Project Management, Business, or a related technical discipline
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of teams
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Strong attention to detail and a results-focused mindset
- Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 applications; knowledge of Microsoft Project or Smartsheet is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
- Mentorship from experienced engineering and project management professionals
- Exposure to global projects and cross-functional teams
