Are you an experienced Mechanical Operator looking for a stable, hands-on role in a structured manufacturing environment? Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for multiple Mechanical Operator positions in our Letterkenny site. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established operation, supporting manufacturing processes through the safe operation of machinery, monitoring quality output, and meeting daily production targets. The role suits reliable, detail-focused individuals with a strong safety mindset.
Key responsibilities:- Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor process performance and quality output.
- Carry out routine machine setup, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production schedules.
- Report equipment faults, production issues, and deviations.
- Support the team in achieving daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety and Quality procedures.
- Participate in shift work and overtime as required.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:- Experience operating machinery or equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems.
- Previous shift work experience.
