Due to continued growth, we are recruiting multiple General Operators with Forklift experience to support manufacturing and logistics activities within our Letterkenny facility. Reporting to Production Supervisors, these hands-on roles involve general operator duties combined with forklift operation to support material movement, production flow, and safe working practices in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:- Operate forklift trucks safely and in accordance with site procedures.
- Support material movement to and from production areas.
- Carry out general operator duties in support of manufacturing activities.
- Use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Carry out self-checks and complete required manufacturing documentation.
- Identify and report defective or substandard components.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Adhere to all Quality, Health & Safety, and Company procedures.
- Support team members and work collaboratively to meet production deadlines.
- Work overtime, shift work, or attend site activities as required.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:- Valid forklift licence.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work to standard operating procedures.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in electrical switchgear manufacture or similar environment.
- Experience in a general operator, production, or manufacturing role.
