Description: We are looking for a confident and driven Team Leader to join our Campsie site, someone who can lead by example, inspire others, and deliver results in a fast‑paced production environment.
This role will be based in the Split and Load department where you will act as the senior point of contact ensuring performance, safety and efficiency across stores and dispatch functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations, supporting stock control, stores, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure 100% adherence to safety and quality procedures, including PPE use.
- Coordinate material receipts, issues, and outbound shipments to meet production schedules.
- Monitor inventory transactions, cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Organise tools, resources, and overtime rotas to keep operations efficient.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards and ensure materials are properly stored, labelled, and identified.
- Proactively address challenges across departments and support continuous improvement.
- Identify training needs, provide guidance, and report performance concerns where necessary.
- Act as the senior contact point in the manager’s absence.

Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within manufacturing, engineering or contracting environment.
- Proven track record in delivering results through strong leadership.
- Experience in people management, from identifying training needs to performance assessment and maximising output.
- Demonstrated commitment to Health & Safety in a factory environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel knowledge.
