About the Role
Reporting to Production Management, successful candidates will be involved in a range of manufacturing and assembly duties, helping to deliver high‑quality engineered products while working as part of a skilled and supportive production team.
16–20 hours, weekday & weekend shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assembly and general production duties
- Follow written and verbal work instructions
- Maintain quality, productivity, and safety standards
- Operate production equipment and machinery where required
- Work closely with Supervisors, Managers, and Engineering teams to meet production deadlines
- Complete production documentation accurately
- Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety procedures and PPE requirements
Essential Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Ability to follow instructions and work to operating procedures.
- Good attention to detail with a strong quality focus.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A reliable, safety‑conscious approach to work.
- Flexible and willing to work rotational shift patterns including Morning, Afternoon, and Night shifts.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude or experience with electromechanical systems.
- Previous shift work experience.
