About The Programme
We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our 2026 Level 3 Electrical Engineering Apprenticeship Programme. This four-year apprenticeship combines practical workplace experience with industry-recognised qualifications, enabling apprentices to develop the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in electrical engineering.
Apprentices Will Gain Experience In:
- Panel wiring and assembly
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
- Electrical builds and manufacturing processes
- Testing and inspection activities
- Health and safety practices
- Working within a world-class engineering and manufacturing environment

Essential Criteria:
- Be available to commence employment in September 2026
- UK Applicants must have achieved a Level 2 Diploma in Engineering, OR 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above and include Mathematics (or equivalent Level 2 qualification).
- ROI Applicants must have achieved Level 2 Diploma in Engineering OR 4 OLCs (Grade 05 or above) to include Mathematics; OR Leaving Cert Applied - Merit.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in engineering and technology
- Possess excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Be committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety
