b Overview /b p In this role you act as a technical leader and trusted adviser for IT Systems, supporting sales teams and customers across EMEA and beyond. You drive technical understanding of Vertiv solutions, lead complex multi-LOB projects, and bridge gaps with third-party suppliers. You’ll empower pre-sales activities, create compelling presentations, and organize events to showcase our capabilities. Your work enhances customer outcomes through innovative, technically sound applications and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Cultivate and manage collaboration between Sales teams and the Line of Business /li li Serve as a technical authority in customer meetings and provide insights /li li Create engaging product and application presentations for customers and consultants /li li Regularly visit consultants to develop solutions to their challenges /li li Provide technical training for sales teams and customers /li li Organize events and webcasts to showcase Vertiv products and technologies /li li Collaborate with Product Management and Sales to feedback on current products and inform new development /li li Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities /li li Continuously develop expertise in IT Systems solutions and contribute to the team’s innovation /li li Lead key and critical IT Systems projects and serve as escalation point for teams /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor in Electrical Engineering (or related) /li li 8+ years of hands-on experience with IT Systems products and installations, preferably in data center environments /li li Experience in Thermal and Power systems within data centers is highly valued /li li Fluency in local language and English, with strong communication skills /li li Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; customer and sales mindset /li li Strong requirement engineering, communication, and presentation abilities /li li Experience with Visio and CAD (AutoCAD) for technical visualization /li li Knowledge of industry standards (EN50600, Uptime Institute Data Centre Tier, CDCDP) /li li Ability to quote, propose, install and manage projects across lifecycle /li li Excellent cross-functional relationship-building skills /li /ul ul li Strong communication and presentation abilities /li li Relationship-building across customers, partners, and consultants /li li Proactive and self-motivated with a collaborative mindset /li li Visio /li li AutoCAD or CAD systems /li li Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint /li /ul
