b Overview /b p In this role you will lead the production planning function to optimise material flow, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery. You will coordinate demand, supply and capacity planning while guiding the planning team. You will drive continuous improvement of planning processes and KPIs to increase predictability and flow. You will work across functions to mitigate risks and support strategic planning. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Supervise daily production planning and scheduling to align with demand and factory capacity /li li Ensure feasible production plans considering material availability, capacity constraints, and priorities /li li Coordinate with purchasing, production, logistics and engineering to resolve supply or capacity gaps /li li Monitor WIP levels and manage order release to maintain stable flow /li li Lead, coach and develop production planners; define roles and workload balancing /li li Foster a high-performance, accountable and collaborative planning team /li li Track and drive improvement of KPIs (plan adherence, on-time delivery, schedule stability, inventory and WIP, backlog) and implement corrective actions /li li Standardise planning processes, parameters and master data governance /li li Drive continuous improvement focused on flow, lead time reduction and predictability; support digitalisation and ERP enhancements /li li Provide planning outlook and risk visibility to management; escalate shortages and constraints with mitigation proposals /li li Support S OP / IBP processes with planning inputs /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 3–5+ years experience in production planning or supply chain within manufacturing /li li Strong ERP/MRP knowledge /li li Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability /li /ul ul li Planning and organisation /li li Leadership and coaching /li li Cross-functional collaboration /li li ERP/MRP systems /li li Planning tools /li li Data analysis /li /ul
