This is marketing where it matters most, in the field, face-to-face, and directly tied to revenue. As our EMEA Field Marketing Specialist at Vertiv, you'll be the engine behind event delivery, PR coordination and narrative, lead management, and brand-perfect execution across Northern Europe.

You won't just plan marketing; you'll make it happen. From packed trade show floors to the precision of perfectly routed leads to sales, you will owe the execution that turns marketing activity into measurable pipeline. You'll be the trusted day-to-day marketing partner for field sales teams, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes both face-to-face and through remote connections to ensure every activation, campaign, and touchpoint is delivered with the quality and consistency that builds real commercial momentum.

Location & Working Arrangement

This is a remote role; however, you will be travelling regularly (up to 3 months per year) within the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. You will also be expected to attend face-to-face meetings at our London or Southampton offices on a regular basis.

What You'll Own

  • PR, Narrative & Communications: Shape and amplify Vertiv's regional narrative through coordinated PR activity, thought leadership placement, and media engagement. Work alongside the PR Agencies and EMEA PR team to ensure consistent messaging across earned, owned, and paid channels.
  • Event Execution & Lead Conversion: Run the full operational playbook for marketing events, trade shows, and field activations end-to-end. Ensure every lead is accurately captured, CRM-routed, qualified, and delivered to Sales with zero pipeline leakage.
  • Revenue PODs & Pipeline Contribution: Work closely with Revenue PODs to align field marketing execution with commercial targets. Ensure marketing activities directly feed into POD-level revenue goals.
  • Pipeline & Demand Generation: Connect the dots between activity and impact. Track marketing-sourced pipeline contribution and report on the commercial value of every initiative.
  • Brand, Content & Communications: Enforce global guidelines across all outputs while ensuring every piece of messaging aligns with the broader GTM strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Multi-Stakeholder Interface & Sales Alignment: Serve as the go-to marketing contact for field sales teams, channel partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • AI-Powered Efficiency & Innovation: Leverage the latest AI-powered content creation, research, productivity, and workflow automation tools to improve efficiency.
  • Data Governance & Accountability: Ensure all data handling, lead capture, and communications comply with privacy regulations.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in field marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience managing event logistics and post-event lead processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience using Canva Pro.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics.
