POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Systems Engineer to join our dynamic software department, which specializes in the configuration, testing, and deployment of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), control systems, and power monitoring systems. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of PLC and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
- Develop and validate software for control and power monitoring systems using industry-standard tools.
- Perform system integration testing to ensure compatibility with switchgear products.
- Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning phases of projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC programming, communication protocols, and control systems.
- Assist with preparation of technical documentation, including system configuration details, test plans, and user manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of system modifications and testing procedures.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, project managers, and production teams, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Liaise with customers to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

- Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize system performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of PLC programming and industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMI (Human-Machine Interface) design, and communication protocols such as Modbus, Ethernet/IP, or Profibus.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
