We are seeking an experienced Test Team Supervisor. You will manage daily electrical testing operations and lead a skilled team of technicians with a focus on safety, efficiency, and high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily testing workflows to prevent production bottlenecks.
- Mentor and schedule a team of electrical test technicians.
- Enforce strict electrical safety rules and workmanship standards.
- Oversee complex panel testing and primary/secondary injections.
- Troubleshoot technical failures alongside engineering teams.
