We are looking for a Production Analyst to join our growing team in Campsie, Derry/Londonderry. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting production performance, improving efficiency, and driving data-led decision-making across our manufacturing operations.

The Role: As a Production Analyst, you'll work closely with Operations, Production, Engineering and Planning teams to transform data into actionable insights that improve productivity, quality and operational performance.

Key responsibilities:
  • Analysing production metrics, KPIs and operational performance data.
  • Identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Producing daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Monitoring manufacturing efficiency, downtime and quality metrics.
  • Supporting root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
  • Developing dashboards and visualisations to communicate performance.
  • Supporting capacity planning and production scheduling activities.
  • Maintaining production databases and reporting systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Supporting Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence programmes.

Essential Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing data.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of manufacturing KPIs and performance metrics.
Desirable Skills, Qualifications/Experience:
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with statistical analysis techniques.
  • Previous experience within electronics, engineering or critical infrastructure manufacturing environments.
