  • POSITION SUMMARY

The Performance Manager plays a critical role in driving financial, operational, and compliance performance across multiple regions.

This role partners closely with regional and EMEA leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals, foster continuous improvement, and deliver actionable insights through robust governance and analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial & Operational Performance
  • Lead collaboration with regional leaders to identify, track, and accelerate Variable Contribution Margin (VCM) improvements.
  • Monitor financial performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles; analyze variances and proactively assess risks.
  • Oversee operational performance against contractual deliverables, project milestones, and PMV (Performance Measurement & Verification) completion.
  • Support scenario analysis, business reviews, and deep-dives to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Become fully conversant with P&L’s, drive continual improvement for the way the P&L’s are operated.
  • Governance & Service Operating Model
  • Track Service Operating Model metrics, ensuring consistent governance tool adoption and disciplined issue resolution.
  • Facilitate tiered governance routines and performance reviews, highlighting trends and areas requiring escalation.
  • Partner with functional leaders (e. g., Service Operations, EHS, Finance, HR) to standardize governance practices.
  • EHS & Compliance Performance
  • Monitor Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) KPIs, flag concerns, and drive corrective actions.
  • Promote a safety-first culture through cross-regional best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Integrate EHS performance into regional scorecards and governance reviews.
  • Insights, Reporting & Analytics
  • Own regional performance dashboards and trackers, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
  • Develop standardized reporting packs covering financial, operational, and EHS metrics.
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities across performance domains.
  • Continuous Improvement & Best Practice
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying efficiency gains and standardizing processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and monitor improvement initiatives.
  • Support capability building through coaching on performance tools and governance disciplines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Act as a trusted advisor to regional and EMEA leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent communication of performance results, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships to drive alignment and joint ownership of outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in capacity planning, workforce management, or service operations in a multinational environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience engaging with remote or cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in workforce planning tools and scheduling systems.
  • Experience in service delivery or field operations is highly desirable.
  • Experience of P&L working is desirable
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
