We put people at the heart of everything we do and are looking to recruit a dynamic, confident, and enthusiastic Moxy Front Office Crew Member for our fabulous Moxy & Residence Inn Slough.

We are the first dual-branded property in Slough – two hotels operating in one building! Residence Inn by Marriott is an extended stay brand where guests stay for longer periods of time, and it is up to us to make them feel at home. All rooms are spacious suites with fully equipped kitchens, giving guests the comfort and flexibility they need during their stay.

At Moxy, we have created a free-spirited place where guests can relax, connect, and enjoy themselves in a vibrant and social atmosphere. The Wi‑Fi is speedy, the beds are comfy, and most importantly, the bar is always open and the crew are always on hand to create memorable experiences.

As a Moxy Front Office Crew Member, you will be at the heart of the guest journey. From welcoming guests at check‑in to serving drinks at the bar, recommending local hotspots, and ensuring every stay is memorable, no two days will ever be the same.

Your Core Purpose Will Be

  • Deliver exceptional guest service throughout the guest journey.
  • Welcome guests with a warm and engaging check-in and check-out experience.
  • Handle reservations, guest enquiries, and requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Promote and sell hotel services, room upgrades, food and beverage offerings, and local experiences.
  • Support the operation of the Moxy Bar, serving drinks and light food offerings when required.
  • Act as a local expert, providing recommendations and information to guests.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure the front office and public areas are presented to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with all hotel departments to create a seamless guest experience.
  • Support health, safety, security, and compliance procedures at all times.

What You Should Bring

  • Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front office experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support different areas of the hotel.
  • Flexible approach to shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Fluency in English.
