We are recruiting a Night Receptionist, to be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach, with the focus on Customer Service in both Reception and F&B. Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations, ensuring brand standards are met, profitability is achieved, and a seamless guest experience is delivered across all departments.
Main responsibilities:
- Daily operations to brand and legal standards across Reception and F&B.
- Follow departmental operating standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, food safety, licensing laws, health & safety, and employment legislation.
- Respond to audit results and ensure consistent hygiene and operational standards.
- Knowledge of Oracle Opera 5 and Microsoft 365 is a required skill.
