We are currently looking for a passionate Maintenance Assistant to join the team here at Bankside Hotel – Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work Hospitality' 3 years in a row. Sitting consistently in the top tier of all the hotels in London on Trip Advisor, Bankside Hotel is a social hub for anyone, guest or local, with a passion for culture, art and food. Main Scope and Purpose of the Role
- To provide maintenance cover at the hotel while on shift.
- To perform preventative and reactive maintenance tasks in hotel.
- Deliver exceptional customer service whilst carrying out duties.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative checks on hotel equipment.
- Carry out fault finding and minor repairs to water systems.
- Carry out fault finding and minor repairs to electrical systems.
- Carry out fault finding and minor repairs to air conditioning systems.
- Carry out minor repairs to wall coverings.
- Carry out general repairs as required.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed.
- Assist supervisor/manager in carrying out tasks.
