Skills and experience

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in supervising a team of wait staff.
  • Effectively manage staffing costs by preparing efficient work schedules in line with legal requirements.
  • On an ongoing basis, control and analyse departmental costs.
  • Experience in restaurants & ability to express your passion for creating one‑of‑a‑kind experiences for our guests and team members, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
  • Dive into meaningful conversations with guests, sharing insights on Sicilian Cuisine, sustainability efforts, and our award‑winning environmental initiatives.
  • Knowledge of the Italian language will bring some serious flavour to the table!
