Responsibilities

  • Effectively run and supervise any or allocated kitchen sections to the required standards
  • Ensure that all the preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for service
  • Keep a good stock of our inventory and manage waste in best practice
  • Ensure that the designated sections are cleaned and organized
  • Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering the required standard of food
  • Guide, train and delegate jobs to Junior Chefs as well as support their development
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations of Bankside

Qualifications

  • Has interest in culinary and cooking
  • Proven commercial or restaurant kitchen experience
  • Pays attention to detail
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Good level of English
