We are looking for an experienced and confident

Hotel Night Supervisor to join our team at Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Shoreditch East.

This is a hands‑on role with responsibility for supporting and supervising the hotel operation throughout the night.

You will lead by example, ensuring guests receive a professional and welcoming experience while maintaining high standards across Front Office, Food & Beverage, security, night audit and hotel procedures.

You will be a key point of contact overnight, supporting the Night Team, handling escalations and ensuring a clear and accurate handover to the morning operation.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Supervise the overnight hotel operation and support the Night Team in delivering a smooth and professional guest experience.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest requests and escalations, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
  • Ensure night audit, credit and payment procedures are completed accurately and in line with hotel standards.
  • Maintain hotel security throughout the night, including guest room access, key handling and incident procedures.
  • Support Reception and Food & Beverage operations, ensuring brand, licensing, food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Monitor hotel activity, arrivals, departures and VIP guests, ensuring important information is communicated to the team.
  • Support and guide Night Team Members, helping maintain consistent service and operational standards.
  • Ensure fire, health & safety and emergency procedures are followed throughout the shift.
  • Complete an accurate handover to the day team, highlighting operational issues, guest concerns and outstanding actions.
  • Maintain Marriott brand standards, including guest recognition and Marriott Bonvoy requirements.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with strong Front Office experience who is comfortable taking responsibility for the hotel operation during the night.

Ideally, you will have

  • Previous experience in hotel Front Office or Night Reception.
  • Experience at Senior Receptionist, Team Leader or supervisory level would be an advantage.
  • Confidence handling guest complaints, operational issues and overnight escalations.
  • Strong understanding of hotel payments, night audit and Front Office procedures.
  • Good awareness of hotel security, fire safety and emergency procedures.
  • The ability to support and guide colleagues while remaining hands‑on within the operation.
  • Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Confidence working independently and making sound operational decisions.

Knowledge of Oracle Opera PMS and Microsoft 365 is required.

Previous experience within a

Marriott-branded hotel , together with knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy and Marriott systems, would be a strong advantage.
