YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:
- To demonstrate the highest standards of food and beverage, and hospitality
- Assist with the receiving and storage of goods, and recording replacement stock
- Maintain good food safety, hygiene standards and practices
- Preparation of service stations and tables
- Table service and the serving of beverages
- Billing procedures of items consumed in line with hotel policy
- Demonstrate service attributes in line with industry expectations and company standards to include:
- A high level of knowledge, which will enhance the guest experience
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
- Be able to promote the hotel products and services
- Demonstrate a good understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
