MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and support Room Attendants, House Porters, Linen Porters, Public Area Attendants, and the Evening Maid.
  • Allocate rooms and assign deep cleaning tasks to team members.
  • Confirm staff attendance at the beginning of each shift and arrange cover for any absences.
  • Prepare and distribute room assignment sheets and floor keys.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the Maintenance Department.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to team members as required.
  • Ensure timely and positive resolution of guest concerns.
  • Handle lost property in accordance with hotel procedures.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Executive Housekeeper or Deputy Housekeeper.
