MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and support Room Attendants, House Porters, Linen Porters, Public Area Attendants, and the Evening Maid.
- Allocate rooms and assign deep cleaning tasks to team members.
- Confirm staff attendance at the beginning of each shift and arrange cover for any absences.
- Prepare and distribute room assignment sheets and floor keys.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the Maintenance Department.
- Provide on-the-job training and support to team members as required.
- Ensure timely and positive resolution of guest concerns.
- Handle lost property in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Executive Housekeeper or Deputy Housekeeper.
