YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:

  • Demonstrate the highest standards of food and beverage, and hospitality
  • Assist with the receiving and storage of goods, and recording replacement stock
  • Maintain good food safety, hygiene and standards and practices
  • Preparation of service stations and tables
  • Table service and the serving of beverages
  • Billing procedures of items consumed in line with hotel policy
  • Demonstrate service attributes in line with industry expectations and company standards to include: a high level of knowledge, which will enhance the guest experience
  • Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
  • Be able to promote the hotel products and services
  • Demonstrate a good understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
