Responsibilities
- Effectively run and supervise any or allocated kitchen sections to the required standards
- Ensure that all the preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for service
- Keep a good stock of our inventory and manage waste in best practice
- Ensure that the designated sections are cleaned and organized
- Support the Executive and Sous Chefs in delivering the required standard of food
- Guide, train and delegate jobs to Junior Chefs as well as support their development
- Comply with all health and safety regulations of Bankside
Qualifications
- Has interest in culinary and cooking
- Proven commercial or restaurant kitchen experience
- Pays attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good level of English
