We are seeking a skilled and passionate Breakfast Chef to prepare a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. The role requires maintaining strict adherence to food safety standards, collaborating with the kitchen team, and delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Your core purpose:
- Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to specified recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh, efficiently, and in a timely manner for service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and work surfaces
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure ingredients are available for daily service
- Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Collaborate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Assist in menu planning and suggest new breakfast options based on seasonal ingredients and current trends
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers in accordance with health regulations
Experience:
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a chef within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Knowledge of culinary techniques specific to breakfast cuisine is desirable
- Experience working in a busy kitchen environment with multiple orders during peak hours
- Familiarity with food safety standards, including HACCP procedures
- Previous experience serving guests or working in customer‑facing roles within the hospitality industry is advantageous
