We’re a dynamic production company working across live music events and film projects around the world. Our crews, artists, and talent travel frequently, we’re looking for an experienced Travel Manager to ensure every journey runs seamlessly.

The Role: As our Travel Manager, you’ll take ownership of all travel and accommodation logistics for our teams working on our projects. You’ll be the main point of contact for hotels, airlines, and travel agencies, managing bookings, budgets, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient, stress‑free travel for everyone involved. This role requires someone with proven experience in coordinating complex travel logistics within a live events or film production environment. You’ll thrive in fast‑paced situations, have a sharp eye for detail, and stay calm and solutions‑focused when plans change at the last minute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage travel and accommodation for production crews, artists, and on‑site teams across global destinations.
  • Handle all aspects of travel logistics: flights, hotels, ground transport, visas, and schedule changes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, and travel suppliers.
  • Negotiate preferred rates and contracts to optimise cost and service quality.
  • Provide detailed travel itineraries and ensure all bookings align with production and event schedules.
  • Act as the first point of contact for any travel changes or emergencies, offering quick and practical solutions.
  • Track travel spend and report on budgets and cost efficiencies.
  • Stay up to date on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health/safety protocols.

About You:

  • Previous experience in a dedicated travel management role is essential, ideally within live events or film/TV production.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills – able to juggle multiple projects and last‑minute changes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Knowledge of travel booking systems and supplier management.
