Your Role at Vertice

At our stage of growth, the people we bring into the business are the single biggest determiner of our success. We believe that the trajectory of our company isn’t fully determined by our product roadmap or our capital, but by the calibre of people we bring into the team. As a Talent Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a hiring process including intake meeting, sourcing, and offer stage, while also acting as a partner to senior stakeholders across the business. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data, market intelligence, and influenced by AI, while ensuring exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. We recruit globally, including across EMEA, US and APAC, and you’ll be partnering with hiring managers across a number of different business areas including Customer, Client Delivery, Product and Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent from a range of channels.
  • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and high-demand roles.
  • Collaborate and partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs, establish strong relationships, and provide guidance and expertise.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, updates, and feedback to candidates, enhancing the company's reputation as an employer.
  • Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to assess and optimise the effectiveness of sourcing channels, recruitment strategies, and overall progress.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Work on projects outside day-to-day hiring, including enhancing our employer branding and developing AI-assisted tooling that drive efficiencies in the team.

Requirements

  • Talent acquisition experience, either within agency (embedded model) or in-house within a high growth environment.
  • You’re comfortable with using data to inform hiring decisions, ideally within Ashby.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and full-cycle recruitment practices with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • You’re curious about AI and how it can assist decision-making in a modern recruitment organisation.
