We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with a strong technical background to drive the development and success of our B2B products (preferably in fintech or operations). You will play a key role in shaping our product strategy, working seamlessly across remote engineering teams, and collaborating with stakeholders in both startup and enterprise environments. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with remote engineering teams, designers, and stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Leverage your technical background to bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution.
- Engage closely with customers and internal teams to gather insights and continuously improve product performance.
- Work effectively in both startup and large-scale corporate environments, adapting processes to fit the organization's needs.
- Ensure seamless communication across cross-functional teams, acting as the central point of coordination.
- Drive efficiency and organization in product development, managing priorities and timelines effectively.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Product Manager working on B2B products (preferably in fintech or operations).
- Strong technical background (e.g., software development, engineering, or related field).
- Experience in implementing AI-driven products or AI agents is advantageous but not a mandatory requirement.
- Experience working in both startup and enterprise environments, with the ability to adapt to different ways of working.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed teams.
- Hands-on approach with a proactive mindset—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with remote engineering teams, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.
