We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee electrical works on a live industrial/commercial project in Wrexham. The role involves managing site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required standard.
You will be based on one of two local projects within the industrial and manufacturing sector. The scope of works includes electrical installations within a large distribution facility (temperature-controlled environment) or small electrical works within an operational manufacturing site. Specific project details will be confirmed at interview stage.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of electrical works on site
- Supervising electrical subcontractors and operatives
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, RAMS, and site procedures
- Coordinating with the main contractor, client, and other trades
- Monitoring programme, progress, and quality of works
- Attending and contributing to site meetings
- Ensuring all electrical installations comply with current regulations and standards
- Proven experience working as an Electrical Site Manager
- Background in industrial and/or commercial projects
- SMSTS or SSSTS
- Valid ECS or CSCS card
- Strong working knowledge of health and safety requirements
- Ability to start immediately or at short notice
