Key Responsibilities:- Prepare tender and contract documents
- Undertake cost analysis and feasibility studies
- Advise on procurement strategies and forms of contract
- Perform risk, value management, and cost control
- Analyse tender returns and provide contractual advice
- Value completed work and advise on payments
- Produce detailed progress reports and manage contractual claims
- 10+ years' experience in Quantity Surveying
- NEC 3/4 contract experience
- Progressing towards MRICS or equivalent professional qualification
- Confident, client-facing, and able to work independently
- Flexible to travel as required
