This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed architectural team, working on residential projects from the moment the land is acquired to the final stages of construction. You will be involved in the creation of designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, ensuring that each project meets the high standards, shaping communities and making a significant impact on the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Residential Projects - Manage projects through all phases, from initial concept design through to construction completion, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Stage 3 & 4 Expertise - Demonstrate advanced technical proficiency, particularly in RIBA Stages 3 and 4, with a strong focus on detailed design and technical delivery.
  • Site Oversight - Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress, ensuring that all works are in line with design intent and high-quality standards.
  • Innovative Planning - Develop creative and forward-thinking planning applications, combining regulatory knowledge with design innovation to secure approvals efficiently.
Key Requirements:
  • ARB Registered Architect - Must be registered with ARB and have at least 5 years post Part III qualification experience at a UK-based practice.
