Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender and contract documents.
• Conduct cost analyses and feasibility studies.
• Advise clients on procurement strategies and forms of contract.
• Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
• Analyse tender returns and provide contractual advice.
• Manage valuations, progress reports, and claims.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ Quantity Surveying experience.
• Progressing towards MRICS or similar professional qualification.
• Experience with NEC contracts.
• A client-facing, confident, and motivated approach.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
