Vertical Recruitment are working with a highly regarded independent cost consultancy who are looking to appoint a Senior Project Surveyor to join their expanding Life Sciences team, with a key focus on data centre projects. My client is a specialist, independent firm known for its supportive, collaborative environment. With hands-on involvement from Partners and Associates, they offer real development opportunities and a flat structure that encourages responsibility and initiative. They operate across a broad and diverse range of sectors including private residential, built to rent, corporate real estate, office refurbishments and new builds, life sciences and tech, hotels, healthcare, and stadium projects.
This particular role sits within their Life Sciences division and is focused on delivering high-value data centre schemes—one of the fastest-growing and most technically complex sectors they support. This is a senior-level role for someone who brings strong experience within the data centre space and is ready to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion. You'll be delivering both cost consultancy and employer’s agent services while building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
