We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing construction consultancy delivering projects across the healthcare, education, commercial, and public sectors. This role will involve managing multiple concurrent projects, acting as the primary client interface, coordinating consultants and contractors, and taking responsibility for programme, cost, risk, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will enjoy a high degree of autonomy while working closely with clients, estates teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all RIBA stages from inception to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project programmes and delivery plans.
- Manage procurement activities, tender processes, contractor selection, and appointments.
- Monitor project budgets, risks, and change control procedures.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and contractors.
- Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Administer and manage construction contracts including NEC and JCT forms.
- Support compliance initiatives and quality management processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business opportunities.
