We’re supporting an industry-respected construction consultancy looking for their next key team member to join their London office. This is a rare opportunity to work across residential housing projects with full end-to-end exposure, from feasibility through to completion, covering the entire project lifecycle.
You’ll join a small, close-knit team where your contributions are visible to directors. What You’ll Do
- Act as Employer’s Agent / Quantity Surveyor on a variety of residential housing projects.
- Manage budgets, contracts, cost reporting, and risk across the full lifecycle of projects.
- Provide on-site oversight while coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Maintain high standards of commercial, technical, and quality control on all projects.
