The Role

They are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Manchester office. You’ll play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects from inception through to completion, working across mixed life-cycle schemes including extensions, refurbishments, and new builds. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
  • Prepare estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.
  • Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide commercial and cost advice throughout all project stages.
  • Support the continued growth of the Manchester office and contribute to developing local client relationships.

About You:

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Ideally chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards accreditation.
  • Experience working across building projects within public and/or private sectors.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about contributing to a growing team.
