An exciting opportunity for a Senior / Principal Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established engineering consultancy delivering impactful projects across the energy, infrastructure, and healthcare sectors. This role offers genuine flexibility, long-term progression, and the chance to work on technically varied and meaningful projects.
You’ll be part of a small, close-knit MEP team, taking on a varied workload that includes mechanical design, project management, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders. Projects typically focus on upgrading and improving existing assets, with values up to £500k.
This position offers a hybrid working model, typically around 2 days in the office and 3–4 days remote, supporting a strong work–life balance.
