We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join an established M&E contractor, delivering a strong pipeline of projects across the commercial and retail sectors. You’ll take full ownership of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover, managing multiple live projects across commercial (healthcare, offices, education) and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver mechanical projects safely, on time and within budget
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour
  • Oversee programme, procurement and cost control
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations and quality standards
  • Manage commissioning and final handover documentation
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services
  • Background delivering commercial and/or retail projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Confident communicator with solid organisational skills
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
