With a growing presence in Manchester, they’re now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support continued growth across a strong pipeline of leisure, refurbishment, and commercial projects. Schemes range from complex refurbishments through to large‑scale commercial developments, offering real variety and technical challenge.
The Role
- You’ll lead the commercial delivery of projects from feasibility and cost planning through to final account, providing clear cost advice and ensuring value, control, and confidence for clients at every stage.
Responsibilities
- Preparing cost plans, tender documentation, and procurement strategies
- Managing post‑contract commercial activities, including valuations, variations, and final accounts

- Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment
