We are currently working with an established Chartered Surveying and Construction Consultancy that is looking to appoint a Project Surveyor to join its growing team. This is a Building Surveying focused position, offering exposure to a broad range of refurbishment and capital works projects, with a particular emphasis on the education sector. The role would suit someone looking to build upon their project experience whilst working towards Chartership.

The Role

  • Working alongside experienced Chartered Surveyors, you will assist in the delivery of projects from inception through to completion, including:
    • Contract administration
    • Condition surveys and technical reports
    • Defect diagnosis
    • Preparation of specifications and tender documentation
    • Site inspections and client meetings
    • Project monitoring and delivery

The position provides a strong blend of project and professional Building Surveying work, allowing you to develop a well-rounded skill set.
