Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of all phases of the £110m framework
- Oversee programme and delivery for six integrated building projects under one masterplan
- Manage key stakeholders including the client, consultants, contractors, and end-users
- Ensure delivery to programme, budget, and quality standards
- Oversee NEC3/4 and JCT contract administration, including change control and compensation events
- Lead risk management, mitigation, and reporting processes
- Uphold compliance with legislation, regulations and health & safety requirements
