We are working closely with one of the UK's top Real Estate Consultancies who are seeking a successful Project Manager to join their esteemed Project & Cost Management Group. In this position, the successful candidate will have the privilege of delivering top-tier services to property investors and developers.
As a Project Manager, you'll take direct charge of a diverse range of projects in both the North and National regions. You'll be a key player in ensuring the successful completion of high-profile projects while honing your technical skills and gaining a deeper understanding of our core sectors. This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen your Project Management abilities and broaden your skill set in the commercial property field. Person Specification/Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience ranging across life cycle stages (e.g. RIBA, MSP, APM BoK).
- Experience in PMO/Project Management/ Contract Administration roles in Real Estate or Property.
- MCIOB or MAPM or MRICS.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical application of project management (e.g. APM).
- Demonstrable knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships within a team environment.
- Leads by example, and can influence, lead and motivate others.
- Assertive, persuasive and self-motivated.
- Flexible and adaptable to cope with fast-track projects and changing client requirements.
- Demonstration of good time management, focusing appropriate resources to meet client and project objectives.
