Your Role:
- Project Controls Strategy: Develop and execute project controls strategies tailored to the sustainability portfolio. Encompass planning, scheduling, cost management, and risk assessment.
- Portfolio Oversight: Provide comprehensive governance and assurance for sustainability initiatives. Ensure alignment with sustainability goals and regulatory requirements.
- Cost Management: Monitor project costs and budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Schedule Management: Create, update, and maintain project schedules aligned with sustainability milestones. Identify and mitigate schedule risks.
- Risk Management: Assess and manage project risks related to sustainability. Incorporate mitigation plans and sustainability best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor project performance against sustainability targets. Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Change Management: Oversee changes in project scope, schedule, and budget. Ensure proper documentation, communication, and alignment with sustainability objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with multinational stakeholders to ensure consensus and alignment with sustainability initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a culture of sustainability, diversity, and equality.

About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, sustainability, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project controls, focusing on process-driven industries like Net Carbon Zero, Nuclear, or Oil & Gas.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Strong knowledge of cost estimating, scheduling, risk management, and change management principles related to sustainability.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience in fostering sustainable and diverse project cultures.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, AACE, sustainability certifications) are a plus.
