We’re excited to be supporting a newly established, regeneration-focused Construction Consultancy based in Manchester as they continue to grow their project delivery capability. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Freelance) to lead a major £100m+ regeneration scheme in Greater Manchester, currently at early design stage. This is a high-profile, long-term opportunity to play a key role in shaping a transformative regeneration project that will have a lasting impact on the local area.
The Project

Key Responsibilities
- Act as Senior Project Manager on the regeneration scheme from early design through to delivery
- Lead and coordinate the design team, ensuring programme, scope, and design objectives are aligned
- Manage and engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including local authorities, consultants, design partners, and community representatives
- Oversee project governance, reporting, risk management, and programme control
- Support the client in setting up robust project management processes and controls
- Provide strategic input on procurement strategy, phasing, and delivery approach
- Represent the consultancy in a professional and collaborative manner
About You
- Strong background in early-stage project management and design team leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working for a construction consultancy, client-side, or PM consultancy environment
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a freelance capacity
- Ideally based in or able to commute to Greater Manchester
