Vertical Recruitment are working with a global real estate consultancy with a growing London presence, who are looking to expand their Quantity Surveying team at MRICS, Senior and Associate levels. This is an opportunity for experienced Quantity Surveyors to join a well-positioned real estate consultancy delivering high-quality cost and project advisory work, with strong client exposure, long-term progression and a modern working environment.
About the Company
Our client is a well-established real estate consultancy delivering project and cost consultancy services across commercial office space, residential developments, hotels and retail schemes. Their London team works closely with leading developers, investors and occupiers, providing commercial expertise, strategic cost advice and project delivery support across a diverse portfolio of assets.
The Role
The Quantity Surveying team works across the full project lifecycle, providing cost management and commercial support from early-stage advisory through to project delivery. Surveyors work directly with clients and collaborate closely with project management and building consultancy teams, offering broad project exposure and involvement across multiple sectors. At Senior and Associate level, responsibilities include project oversight, client management, commercial reporting, and mentoring junior staff to support the continued growth of the team.
