This is a rare opportunity to work across residential housing projects with full end-to-end exposure, from feasibility through to completion, covering the entire project lifecycle.

You’ll join a small, close-knit team where your contributions are visible to directors. What You’ll Do

  • Act as Employer’s Agent / Quantity Surveyor on a variety of residential housing projects.
  • Manage budgets, contracts, cost reporting, and risk across the full lifecycle of projects.
  • Provide on-site oversight while coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Maintain high standards of commercial, technical, and quality control on all projects.
