Role and Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the project, ensuring contractual compliance, and supporting the Project Manager in pre-contract and post-contract administration activities.
- Actively support pre-contract let administration activities.
- Assist the Project Manager in administering Bespoke and/or NEC3 Contracts in accordance with Contract Terms, including:
- Management of contractual communications.
- Financial management of the Contract.
- Handling and management of claims.
Key Skills, Behaviours, and Experience:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP and CEMAR is desirable.
