We are currently supporting an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established multidisciplinary construction consultancy with a strong heritage and established UK and international presence. The business has an outstanding reputation across the industrial, logistics, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Based within their North West office, this role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and growing cost management team delivering a diverse range of high-profile projects. The office has a genuine “one team” culture, with strong collaboration across regional offices and a supportive environment where progression is based on ability, contribution, and performance rather than time served.
The successful candidate will work across a major portfolio of industrial and logistics projects for a long-standing blue-chip client relationship. Projects range from £2m-£10m and include new build developments, refurbishments, retrofits, and fit-out schemes across the UK.
This position will provide exposure to projects at various stages of the lifecycle, offering a varied workload and strong long-term development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Cost planning and cost management throughout the project lifecycle
- Procurement and tender management
- Contract administration and commercial reporting
- Valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Client and stakeholder management
- Supporting junior team members where appropriate
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams
- Experience working within a consultancy environment
- Strong quantity surveying and commercial management experience
- Experience within industrial, logistics, commercial, or fit-out sectors preferred
- Ability to manage projects independently and communicate effectively with clients
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership preferred
